- Great location, central, easy access to restaurants and shops, gondola, activities
Cons -
- they had to fix the door to the bathroom which didn't close on the day we arrived; we had to call for our room to be made (we were usually out from 10-1pm, then came back from 1-2pm, and then out again all day)
- There were some blue pills under one of beds. And was very concerned as we had our son's Corgi staying with us.
- There wasn't a side table on one side of the bed, the room was very small. There was only one cup for coffee in the morning. Coffee maker was dirty. The showers were dated and not entirely clean.

The location is the best.
