We went on family trip, the place Was a perfect location for our Plans. The convenience of having our car parked in front of our room was perfect. We will definitely return here. Finally we loved their breakfast, the only thing missing was the waf

If the room price includes bfast, they can lower the price and eliminate the bfast which was absolutely terrible
Staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool was clean and warm. Beds were very cozy. Air conditioning was quiet and cold.

Means of payment - rule unacceptable. Largest payment method of QC is not accepted (Dejardins). Will no longer visit Best Western. Will continue to report this.

Nothing! The service is poor and not organized at all...
The service : we booked a room on the 14th and it took them 1 hour to gave us to room because they didn't find our name in their system, at the end, they charged us twice for the same room! It was horrible.
Location and breakfast with service.
Unfortunately, our 8 year old grand son left his favourite T-Shirt in the bedding And it wasn't found.
