- The reception desk was very pleasant and serviable even warned us that we can ask the hostess to call our room when a table would liberate for breakfast this way we would have no line to stand in.
- The included breakfast is a full meal served at the hotel restaurant. Excellent!
- It was very clean

- The breakfast hostess was rude not even taking the time to speak and offer us to let us know when we would have a table. she just sent us to the back of the line so we left
- The staff was not very helpful... we asked for a quiet room and were given a room overlooking the highway. As well we asked for water bottles and were told they were only given for the first night! Plus there was absolutely no housekeeping -
