- They had an issue our first night and they sent us to another hotel- gave us taxi vouchers and upgraded us to a long suite for night 2 with free breakfast and lunch ! Very nice about everything!
- The location is perfect and we loved having the Urban Fare market beside the hotel to pick up food and treats. Lots of shops near by within walking distance and the pool was nice to go to everyday.

- Parking! There is no parking unless you pay $45 per day, however, this is very typical of downtown Vancouver. It was expensive but at least it is underground parking and the elevator takes you up to your suite.
- Yes, The glass sliding doors didn't fully open, so I walked right into the glass door. It's not safe and is a fire hazard. After telling the front desk staff, they didn't care. I was extremely disappointed in how they hotel handled it.

Parking! There is no parking unless you pay $45 per day, however, this is very typical of downtown Vancouver. It was expensive but at least it is underground parking and the elevator takes you up to your suite.

The location was great.
