- We were upgraded to a bigger room with a falls view for n/c so that was unexpected but appreciated.

- Room was a little musty smelling.
- The first person I spoke to when I called the hotel with a question was by far the rudest interaction I have had with a hotel employee ever. I wish I had gotten her name.

Staff, location, room.
Only cleaned the room and replaced towels every 3 days.
