The staff was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was very good and a good value. The room was comfortable. Lots of easy parking and nearby restaurants.
The pool needs some attention. There was some algae growth and a weird bubble film floating on top.

Manager resolved a few challenges the first day of my four day stay. Hotel is quiet and comfortable. Staff is friendly.
You need a car ! I had planned to use SEPTA but that service was dreadful. I realize hotel does not control thar but a car is absolutely needed.

Great location
Had to change room , first room was a ticking noise constantly second room was a mouse in the room. Disgusting and disgusting . They wanted to compensate us with breakfast we checked out and requested a refund back for the night . Would never stay there again however Vince at front desk was very professional and very nice. Hilton was right around the corner and they accommodate us right away .

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was good but at $19, as I don't eat a lot, I didn't feel as if I could get my money's worth. I ordered off the a la carte menu, but an egg, bacon and toast was more expensive than the buffet at $23.

The check in experience was horrible, the staff member that checked us in was very rude and argumentative! He would not honor the AAA discount that we were quoted when we booked! Would not even look at my email with the confirmation number! It was his way or no way! It was so bad I just gave up and paid what he said ! Because of how my family and I were treated by him I will not be staying there again when I visit Philly! The Hotel itself was Beautiful!

All staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Floyd helped me when I arrived. The food was excellent, room was comfortable, location is great.
