Room size and cleanliness

Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was very slow, the staff never checked on us, and whenever we needed something, we had to actively look for a server ourselves.It’s a shame, because the hotel has great potential, but the restaurant is clearly very poorly managed and does not meet the standards one would expect.

Good restaurant. 15 min drive to Tatralandia water park. Shop on the other side of the street. They have a spa also, but that needs to be booked in advance and is paid separately.

Quite crowdy during hte breakfast. Can be tricky to find a parking if you arrive late.

Amazing place for family stays, kids and dogs included:) room was beautiful and big, we had an apartment on the ground floor which came with a big terrace. Super comfy beds, air-conditioning, good breakfast, delicious menu, friendly staff and great location. We are for sure planning to return.

The location is convenient, the hotel is cozy and clean, the breakfast is excellent, there is a cozy spa.

Ski bus stop is right outside, Wellness area was really nice and our room was a good size and very comfortable

The location is good, the breakfast was also good and diversified and the staff was responsive. Also, SPA and wellness is exactly how they described it, 4 clean saunas and a multiple type shower with cold water bucket to be used after sauna. It was great experience overall.

The double bed with double matress instead of just one matress

The location is great. A supermarket is just across the road, the buffet restaurant offers nutritious breakfasts, and if you wish to have lunch or dinner this place serves good ones at a reasonable price. You can also have a healthy relaxation in a jacuzzi and saunas downstairs.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The dust over all over the sofa, we didn’t get any room service within 4 nights, no towels changed either.

Breakfasts, extra-paid wellnes

Always a great idea to choose this locations for our ski trip. Perfect location for taking the bus to the ski slopes. Good breakfast. The rooms are nice and confortable. It’s really a plus that you have the spa (saunas and jacuzzi) right at the property.

The shower area might need more attention when it comes to cleaning.

The hotel is located near the ski buss station and supermarket, the staff is friendly and the restaurant has tasty food( pork knuckles, cabbage soup, diversified breakfast- sweets and high protein food)

Location is good, food at the hotel restaurant was good.

Not much variety at breakfast, shower had hot water just for 8 min.

The location is perfect: ski bus station right outside the hotel, supermarket right across the street, gas station and restaurants 800m away. For the people arguing that the towels are not changed daily, there's literally a note in the bathroom to inform you that they are doing this to protect the environment (for 2 euro extra they change it more often). They have a dedicated room for ski equipment where you can change and can leave your stuff to dry.

The refrigerator in the room makes a terrible sound all day and night and you are not allowed to unplug it if not used. Also you can hear everything the people from the next rooms are saying. The breakfast does not have that many options, but I guess the supermarket across the street compensates this.

No cleaning in the room was made even though we stayed 5 nights, towels were changed after 4 days

Very good place, clean apartaments and very nice and professional service. For sure I will be back.

Great location and very helpful staff. Very nice modern rooms, indoors activities for children, live music at the restaurant, great food.

Good value for money, good location, good playground, pool tables, ping pong tables.

Cleaning the room only once every three days.
