Manager and his staff were very nice and they helped us out when they could. I like the location of the hotel. Its within walking distance to the airport.

The rooms are way too small and they are not assessible for wheelchair users. Instead of doors, they use curtains to cover for the showers.

The hotel is within working distance from the hotel. check in and out was easy and fast. I had a good sleep for few hours.

Rooms have a musty odor and doors are thin so noisy guests can wake you up. Just depends on how considerate people are. Be aware that you need to take the free shuttle to reach the hotel from the international terminal.

Right at the airport, a very short walk across the road. Decor was really nice for this kind of hotel. Extremely good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff

A good place for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. There is also a walkway to outlet mall.

All are too bad. I Have stayed in the worst worst hotel in Malaysia and in my life! First, I can hardly say that there are any basic accommodation facilities. I can't understand how with such facilities can call themselves hotels. Frankly, it's just a house with a roof. 1. No slippers and no solutions. Both the online customer service and the front desk replied with same sentence "We do not provide such services". So the subtext is that all guests don't need slippers to stay? Well assuming! 2. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Guest need to pay extra for it. MYR 16 a kit... 3. There are only two bath towels in the bathroom and no extra towels. There is only a small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap (for washing hands) in the shower booth. Not to mention shower caps or anything like that. There aren't any. 4. No socket in [Link Redacted] dryers cannot be used in bathroom. 5. When you try to contact the hotel front desk, you'll find your room doesn't even have a phone. 7. The room is extremely small, with only two 0.8 meter beds and a small desk for the twin room. The aisles are so narrow that you have to jump over suitcases on floor to walk in the room. 8. There are no water cups (including mouthwash cup), kettle, etc. Second, hygiene is not good. The bedcover smells sour and undried. The bed is stained. And there're tiny white bugs (i don't know what they are i've never seen them in my life) crawling on the desk. Three, a lot of crows outside the window making noise for the whole nnight. Haven't rest well. Four, the breakfast is terrible. Not much varieties and quality is not good either. The bread tasted dry and bland. This hotel charge per night ➕tourist tax ➕ two pairs of dental kit MYR 452, which can be comparable to a five-star hotel in the city. However the poor facilities and services are simply shocking. It is not friendly to guests at all. I think it exists to extort customers.

Everything
