Dirty ah rooms , dirty mattresses, everything dirty . They have drug sddicts as cleaners and just a terrible all around experience nothing but 18 wheeeler exhaust all night

Nothing the place was stinking and dirty

Room and bathroom needs extreme cleaning or renovation definitely not as per the standards

Easy to find and clean. Big bed. Cool air conditioner

Our bathroom was disgusting: it appeared that the toilet had not been cleaned in quite a long time. The shower would not drain AT ALL. We immediately asked for a new room and that request was granted.

THE LOCATION

the room was filthy, tv and phone didn't work, ceiling showed spots of mold, will admit the bed was comfortable, i only stayed one night and after walking with my socks for an hour before showering the bottom of my socks were black,

The staff were very friendly and quick to fix the problem we had.

We shouldn't have to ask for clean sheets. There was hair and dirt in both beds so the sheets hadn't been changed.

Absolutely not one thing. Hotel very dirty, toliilet didbn't flush,

The secondary door latch was broken. The plug for the hair dryer was not useable, one of the prongs was missing. The room and furnishings was dingy.

A lot. Cleanliness is zero, breakfast is a joke, No staff, internet is a wreck.

Was filthy. Took pix even.felt uncomfortable even though I used disinfect wipes.did not dare to shower due to scum. On cloverleaf,trucks ALL night Jake braking.

One of the maintenance men named don was able to help us out alot with the bathroom and never complained!

Being charged 3 times for the room and when I told the manager he treated me like I was dumb telling me I was wrong. Then found his error corrected it and proceeded to charge me a 4th time. I am still fighting to get my money back.

That we only had to stay there one night!

Yes! Mattress in poor condition. My husband and I turned it over because there was a dip on one side (uncomfortable). The room was over priced- charged a ridiculous amount due to an event close by (not worth it).

Nice clean room, pleasant staff!

Room was missing refrigerator and microwave, so u able to have anything to keep cold or be able to reheat anything without a microwave. Spoke to front desk and they have not contacted me in regards to this issue.

The charged my card again for the room when I got there after I paid online. They refunded that and put another charge on my card for 81 dollars. Which I still didn't get back.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and always made sure that the rooms were clean on a daily basis.

There was nothing about the hotel that I disliked. Would stay here again.

It was right off the highway exit ramp.

I saw a bug crawl across the TV stand. Not sure what species.
