Pros +
- amazing Spa facilities!!!
- The location was amazing - a short ride from Singapore and you are a world away. The resort met all my expectations which were to have a lovely, relaxing weekend enjoying spa activities with friends.
- Loved the bespoke room - it was really well decorated and the whole setting really made you feel like you were away from it all. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was great and the service was really efficient. The Spa treatments were fantastic and really relaxing.
Cons -
- The room had a bad smell and is price is fairly high
- There were a few mosquitos around as we ate dinner. There were mosquito coils but I wish I'd taken some spray.
- The restaurant food choices were limited and just adequate and not great value for money.

The facilities and spa treatments were excellent. Pool was nice and outdoor lounges were good. We loved the service and the staff and the ability to book a driver.
The restaurant food choices were limited and just adequate and not great value for money.
The room, service and being isolated from crowds.
Hard to get outside food, no convenience store.
Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Attentive and accomodating staff.
They have limited capacity for guests - certain spa treatments were already fully booked, which is understandable as its a small place.
The spa, the staff and the food is really good. For golf it was too hot, but i think that would also be nice. The balinese dinner we had was awesome, the breakfast was ok.
The location is ok, the price a bit high for what you get, but ok it is close to Singapore and there are not many boutique type of hotels on Batam.
Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!
Suggest to install bidet in the toilets.
