The is one of the best hotels in terms of location, good price, and pleasing aesthetic. Its attached to a mall, so its really convenient if you and you wife want to step out, grab some food, and step right back in. The room was clean as well and housekeeping was on top of everything. Staff was very friendly up front.
Maybe it was because my stay was late December, but the amenities wasnt too great. The water took 5-10 minutes to warm up, you had to flush the toilet twice to get it to go down "not a heavy #2", and the sink was like a power jet stream that'll wash your toothpaste right off the sink. I got a deluxe king room, but it was attached to another room where someone could open the other door if not locked. You can hear everything going on which was also annoying. Also the air conditioning was weird. It'd be astronomically hot at night which messes with the AC unit. Breakfast isnt included btw.

Great location and very comfortable
The valet parking was $60 dollars and was not disclosed. Obviously valet parking would have a fee, but if disclosed it was that much ($50 plus $12 parking tax) I would have made other plans. It decreases the value of the stay for me.

Location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable. The free coffee is Starbucks, so that was a nice perk.
One elevator from the entrance to the lobby, then across the lobby to a second elevator to the rooms. It had the impersonal feel of a big city hotel, which is what it was.

The pillows and comforter was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Was a stressful night’s sleep. They randomly charged a hold fee of $100 for a one-night stay. And they wrongly entered our check-out time as 12:56 pm when we actually checked out early at 9:50 am. Really bad management, overcharged for no reason and poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.
