- Staff are extremely rude ( young receptionist), rooms are outdated and need referb, there is no duvet covers , just bedsheet that "covers" duvet. Disgusting if you ask me. Everything apart from room is charged extra including park
- Everything. It was dirty, disgusting. I didn't get any rest as worried about picking up bugs

The waterpark and being so close to the attractions and Clifton hill
The parking got full quick and they charge per night. Also it’s difficult to park in larger SUVs with such tight spaces
