- Where do I start?? Was very well disguised from the outside. Totally run down dirty & not maintained. Dirty bedding, carpets furniture & walls. Blood on the bedding wall. Pet foot prints on inside of the doors coffee cups pot dirty as well lid broken.
- Waterside and hot tub not working. One woman at front desk was very rude. Fridge in room froze everything.
- Old/out dated hotel in desperate need of a renovation.

Room was clean and nice.

No working hot tub!!!¿ Price on confirmation was in Canada dollars yet I was billed in US dollars. Please correct and advise of refund !!!
