Cons -
- I had a massage, which was good but not great. The room was not well-insultated for sound, so I could hear people talking and laughing.
- There was no heat in the room and it was a cool evening. It was difficult sleeping all night.
- that our reservation got lost and we were told there was no room for us when we arrived. reservation was found in the Manager's computer but wasn't at the front desk. very frustrating
