Great location, close to everything in the downtown area and right off the highway. Staff is always super nice. Clean rooms, if not a tad humid at times.
It was not stating when booking that they began charging for nightly parking.

Location is convenient to downtown and the UTC campus. Staff is professional,friendly and helpful.
Was surprised upon arrival that they recently started charging guests for parking. They never did in the past when we stayed.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and super helpful. The bartender was super nice and super helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean , tidy and graciously stocked room! Super quiet and great location to everything. Walkable hotel to just about everywhere.
The pool was cloudy. Not really a big issue just wasn’t sure it was safe to swim in.

Room was very clean.
Pool was closed due to pump being down. Not anyone’s fault.. but disappointing.

Erica at the front desk was the absolute best!!! She was so kind to myself and my daughter. She was efficient and thorough from start to finish. The parking was easy and the location was great.
There was a light right outside the room that made our room a little lighter than I would prefer for sleeping. But I get that it is good for safety.

We were able to be walking distance from most things we wanted & only 15 min drive from other events. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Location was great, enjoyed the pool, all staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is handy
The hotel suggests in its listing that breakfast is included (which was one of the reasons I booked it) however it actually isn’t, they offer coffee and muffins which is nice but breakfast is actually in their restaurant and you have to pay for it. It definitely shouldn’t be listed as breakfast included. The rooms could do with a bit of modernising.
