Palm Tree Club Miami

I really love this hotel and have stayed multiple times. The pool is amazing, (just be careful walking there are some loose tiles) and most rooms have a water view. There are actually 2 buildings. I prefer the one attached to the main office rather than the other side of the pool. The elevator over there is often times not working and it’s 5 floors. Also on weekends the day club downstairs gets loud. Workers will question you coming and going to make sure you’re not trying to sneak in the club. It’s stressful.

Very Miami vibes, lobby was decorated well. Easy check in process and has potential to be a really nice hotel.

Upon check in, the staff gave terrible directions to get to room, I had to ask for a parking pass which was also odd. We were on the third floor of the back building and once we got to the elevator it said it was OUT OF SERVICE. Someone who had been there a week said it's been broken the whole time they'd been there. The pool was freezing, there was bird poop all over the deck.

Very noisy rooms, felt like being in a cheap motel to be honest.

The location is really good. And if you pick a room with a balcony, you will have a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay.

They took the coffee pot out of the room, which was a terrible idea. You can buy a lousy cup of coffee in the lobby from a machine for $2.50. And it’s not hot. The restaurant on the property has very limited hours and they have DJ parties on the weekends which make the parking lot difficult to access and it is noisy at night if you stay in the building by the DJ. There are police officers all around the outside of the building. There is construction currently going on adjacent to the building which will probably take place for the next two years at a minimum. You can hear the machines all day long. I have been staying at this hotel since 2017 but unfortunately due to a change in ownership and now it seems to want to cater to a younger crowd. Maybe in several years it will be a luxury hotel or at least improved from what it is now. Also, the rooms appear a bit worn.

The location is great!

A mess to order breakfast, we stayed 3 days and no day had cleaning in the room even requesting, extremely unpleasant staff!

The room was super clean, regular size but good layout, the room had 2 faucets which was suprising in a good way. The front desk staff was welcoming, polite and kind. The building we were in had a few covered parking spots, the rest were around the restaurant and the property. We received complimentary drinks in the restaurant - where we ended up having a dinner too (amazing meal). We walked around the pool, it looked nice and possibly has a good view of the sunset.

The bathroom with the tub and the toilet is a bit small, but not unusual for similar hotels.

I love this hotel. It has everything right there. The restaurant and pool was amazing. Everything was very clean from inside of rooms to the outside areas. I will definitely be back

Staff was polite.

Room was too small. We booked our stay for 6 days and they only cleaned it once in between. We asked for fresh towels and they didn't give us that too. Even cleaning was average. The mugs in the room were dirty. Vending machines were empty so no way you could get water. There were parking charges which didn't make sense.
