Location is great for the airport. Large room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but expensive for what it was.
The instructions for finding the hotel shuttle were non existent and the staff member I spoke to twice was unhelpful. They factually said that they couldn’t call/message me back because I had an international phone number. Fortunately I found it in the end. The bathroom could do with updating. Very weak shower.

I liked everything about this hotel. The shuttle bus services were outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent. The restaurantservices were great. The concierge was great also. All the persons and personnel were excellent. I truly enjoyed my vacation, and seeing my grandchildren. I really would like to stay again next month. Bessie

I Didn’t like how we have to pay for parking a night. Parking should be free.

The room layout, room size, furnishings, bedding and the view.
N/A. Just a suggestion: It would be nice to have ice and water near each other. We got ice near our rooms, water in the gym. Thanks

Rooms were nice and clean, Had a semi nice view of both the harbor and the boat docks. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was extremely hot, had to ask twice to get it fixed. Finally after replacing the T-stat it worked well.
