Pros +
- The hotel seemed brand new with lots of parking, large room and bathroom. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the refreshing water in the lobby and the staff were very helpful and professional. The pool was great for the kids.
- Nice clean hotel with ample amount of parking. This is a short drive away from historic Quebec City and yet provides the suburban feel if you are looking for that. They also have a number fast food chains and eateries nearby.
- The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.
Cons -
- You need to drive to get to old Quebec or take transit.
- The indoor pool was a little chilly. Needed to be a few degrees warmer. I had higher expectations of the pool and pool area. The bathroom in the pool area was not working.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

They clean rooms every 3 days. If you arrive after 4 pm, no room cleaning the next day. Even when I requested them to clean, they didnt. Very disappointing. Also, bring your own body lotion :-(
