Location is good.

collecting the parking fess is very bad.

It seemed clean, served the purpose of what I needed which was a place to sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable parking was easy. The hotel was in a great location, close to everything!

We had to pay for parking, the restroom was not the cleanest. The room was kinda muggy even with the AC on. We put out our Do not disturb sign, left the room no when we came back it was gone, it could have fell off or someone may have took it but it maybe me question things.

Lots of parking . Elevators, staff was friendly. Rooms are slightly more updated.

Wide open , the parking situation with the Panera drive-through running through the parking lot prove to be difficult and inconvenient at times. The pool was dirty and wide open to people off of the street coming in to the pool area.

Everything, location, friendly helpful staff, clean room, super comfortable bed

Location is great. Close to where I needed to go.

Elevator closer to my room didn’t work.

Front desk was amazing & welcoming , only thing wrong was we had a roach in one of our rooms but they gave us a new room right away. Parking is a bit tight especially if you have a suv like I do but thankfully I can get through and out of small spaces. The beds are comfortable rooms are good, the showers with full shampoos & body wash are great not like other hotels with cheap brands. The hotel is close to alot of food places and local stores which was great as well.

The clean room and bathroom. The location was nice and convenient.

That I can't stay forever

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, nice layout of the property and really quiet. Value for money was good, even on short notice. The location is easy to get to and provides good access to all kinds of places in SD, both by car and public transport. Security guards were patrolling the property at all times and housekeeping did a great job.

The bathroom exhaust for some reason doesn't take air out but blows it into the room, which didn't have a window to open. In turn, the moisture from showers got stuck everywhere - but there doesn't seem to be a mould problem (yet). Staff were not as professional as can be expected from a large chain hotel and could use some training or motivational leadership.

Clean, well presented, modern rooms that are quiet and setback off the main road with very comfortable beds. Great position, central to everything at a very reasonable price.

I cannot think of anything except possibly free parking
