One of the major benefits for travelers to come to our East Bay hotel time and time again is our location – the Hilton Concord is easily accessible to freeways in addition to having two open-air shopping centers located right across the street. Walkable options include a Whole Foods 360 grocery store, Peet’s Coffee, Barnes and Noble, a movie theater, and over 30 dining choices within a 4-block radius. We’re within two miles of downtown, Hurricane Harbor Concord, the Concord BART station, and Todos Santos Plaza. Enjoy our outdoor pool, fitness center, and Mount Diablo views from your guest room, and Creekside Restaurant is open for breakfast daily.

Cons -
- After finishing work, we decided to take the first available hotel. Generally, the Hilton chain is a reliable and well-known brand, but this location in Concord did not meet those standards.First of all, the room was not clean upon arrival. On a special occasion like February 14, we expected a higher level of preparation and service. The front desk employee appeared inexperienced, and the breakfast waitress was not particularly welcoming.Considering we paid $200 for one night, the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the price.To make matters worse, we were charged twice for the same room. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told, “Sorry, we made a mistake.” I also requested a small goodwill gesture, such as a discount voucher for a future stay within the same chain, especially given the condition of the room. However, I was informed that this was not possible.Overall, this experience did not reflect the standards I associate with the Hilton brand.
