One of the major benefits for travelers to come to our East Bay hotel time and time again is our location – the Hilton Concord is easily accessible to freeways in addition to having two open-air shopping centers located right across the street. Walkable options include a Whole Foods 360 grocery store, Peet’s Coffee, Barnes and Noble, a movie theater, and over 30 dining choices within a 4-block radius. We’re within two miles of downtown, Hurricane Harbor Concord, the Concord BART station, and Todos Santos Plaza. Enjoy our outdoor pool, fitness center, and Mount Diablo views from your guest room, and Creekside Restaurant is open for breakfast daily.

EZ Freeway Access Near Mall & Restaurants. Well Lit Parking in a Safe Area ( reasonably priced.) I was greeted with a friendly smile by a very helpful and competent young professional at the front desk.
I was able to have breakfast twice in the restaurant and servers were very friendly. Also we spend sometime at the bar and bartender was fantastic!
It was average, bed was comfortable

Cons -

The carpet in the hallway to my room was extremely dirty and needed to be vacuumed and the ice maker was missing its tray and was super dirty and looked broken. And the ice bucket in my room had no plastic bags to put inside the bucket for the ice.
The shower door did not work at hotel my key to get into parking was not working
Rooms really need upgrade!

It was average, bed was comfortable

Although it said free parking and free breakfast, there was a parking "security" fee on $19 and I was told this facility did not have "complimentary breakfast". There was not even coffee available for guests without payment.
