Very centrally located to parks & restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Very spacious rooms.
Only 3 of 4 elevators were working. Our room was a tiny bit dusty.

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Palace. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great choice. What truly made the experience stand out was the excellent service at the front desk. Devi was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She handled everything efficiently and always had a warm, friendly attitude that made me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend Westgate Palace and look forward to staying here again.
Everything was great. My only regret was not booking it for our whole week stay in Orlando.

The hotel is in a great location. There are great views from your suite as well as the lobby. The suite comes with everything you need (dishes, utensils, pots, dish washing soap/laundry soap, coffee/coffee pot). It is pet friendly and staff is friendly.
