Payment will be due at time of package claim. Any and all packages that are not claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery or placement into storage at the resort will be returned to sender, or may become the property of the resort. The resort does not claim responsibility for lost and/or stolen packages. Please note that the shuttle service provided by the property is exclusively to the Universal Orlando transportation hub. Service to other destinations, including shopping centers and other theme parks, is not available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
