Overall, this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff and front desk team were incredibly helpful, supportive, and welcoming. If I ever visit Orlando again, this will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!

The room we booked for 2 adults and 4 teenagers was way too small. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. One of the children slept on the floor on sofa cushions

Big room ,comfy beds and very clean . Great breakfast and bar tender very good and entertaining in the evening time. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Plenty of parking and location is great. The price is great considering the breakfast buffet and free evening drinks . Overall a very well run,clean hotel with very good employees
The overall decor is a bit dark and tired but very clean . Needs to be lightened up with lighter colours and blinds,but it's not a criticism.

Great location right on International Drive, perfect for outings and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The bed was also super comfortable – we slept very well!
Some of the staff, however, came across as quite reserved and not very welcoming at times.
