- The ventilation was very poor, and the room always felt stuffy. The gentleman at the front desk around 10 p.m. was also very rude and unfriendly. The room we were given was extremely small, dark, and located on the ground floor. Even the carpet was dirty
- Broken items like bedroom door. Whirl pool broken tiles. Broken accessory (chair). Wasn't vacuumed prior. (old noodles and pieces of paper on floor)
