- The location, history and the amazing spa. Great customer service. I received two emails from the hotel management after I checked out to make sure my stay was satisfactory. That shows me they care about their guests
- It was absolutely amazing
- Location, fireplace, rocking chairs
Cons -
- I feel the rooms were somewhat outdated. Also, it’s important to book spa appointments as soon as possible because they book up quickly. I feel the hotel should inform guests of this. I suggested this when I responded to the follow up emails.
- Super expensive food
- The hot water didn?t work properly. Valet was slow.
