- Nothing
- Really lovely room with fridge, microwave and great bed. Staff was very kind and accommodated us with early check in.
- Location was great. Underground parking was great.
Cons -
- Brinen back door where we were parked should have got a full refund that went on for 2 days with no repair and during the week.
- Rooms were not made up daily. We were told that they neglected to tell us that we had to request room cleaning upon check in and that they normally do not make up rooms daily. Said they didn't have staff to clean rooms daily. Never heard of that before.
- The fireplace did not work, have been told that that was accessories in some room. The pool is packed with people too small for the number of guests and the gymn only has an elliptical, it should have been better if add a treadmill for indoor running.

a pet dog is accepted at this hotel, the staff is friendly.
