Pros +
- Very nice people. Had a late check in (2am) and she was cheerful and accommodating! Location was near a great coffee shop, bus station and downtown.
- The old building.
- Central location. Room was reasonably spacious and generally clean. WiFi reliable. One of the three women who works here speaks good English and French and was very considerate and helpful.
Cons -
- Construction out front ment we had to drag our suitcases down from a cross street.
- Cleaning staff routinely left their long hair in the room. Entry-way, hallways, and stairwell was a bit grungy and smelly. Two of the three women who work here speak neither English nor French and were essentially impossible to communicate with.
- Although not a problem for us, there is no elevator and rooms are a little tight. If you are traveling light and/on a budget this hotel is more than adequate, but if climbing is a problem or you need lots of space this hotel may not suit your needs.

Conveniently located near bus terminal and Metro with many shopping and dining options nearby.
Although not a problem for us, there is no elevator and rooms are a little tight. If you are traveling light and/on a budget this hotel is more than adequate, but if climbing is a problem or you need lots of space this hotel may not suit your needs.
