Pros +
- Breakfast was good. The our server was crusty. Asked her if she would get me a glass of water or should I get it from the buffet. She said “no”. Eventually she brought me a glass of water.
- the front desk clerk was very friendly
Cons -
- Mattress in room 306 was BAD. Each movement sounds of bubble wrap & squeaky old door. Sitting or laying down, mattress was noisy . Sleepless night. Travelled to memorial family event for deceased sister. No invoice adjustment.Best rate they said.
- I was in room 404 and the door does not close automatically to the locked position so I noticed that it had to be pulled hard to lock it. I found my door was not locked when I got to my room after it was cleaned. The cleaning staff did not know this.
