Cit'Hotel Restaurant du Bowling de Millau

Pros +

• This was unexpected - it didn't look promising when we arrived, but we chose it as it was close to the Millau Viaduct which we wanted to see on our way heading north. Having said that, the bowling centre was very quiet. It has private secure parking for the hotel, and despite the hotel looking fairly utilitarian from the outside, once through the card-entry main door, we were pleasantly surprised. The food in the bowling restaurant was delicious and again something you'd not expect from a bowling alley establishment. The evening meals were delicious with plenty of choices and the breakfast was perfectly adequate - the freshly squeezed orange juice was a real treat!!

Cons -

• The room was nice although the bathroom had a stale "bathroom" smell and getting cold water seemed to be an issue - both taps ran hot We forgot to mention it when we left as there was simply a key box to leave the room keys.
