- Loved it until the toilet broke late at night, requiring us to love to another room. No credit for the inconvenience was offered.

- Broken toilet!
- The room was small and there was a lot of homeless folks hanging around the neighborhood.
- The temperature of the room was terribly hot and I was unable to turn it down to a more comfortable setting. The pillows also were very hard. At first they felt lovely, but in the morning I woke up with a sore stiff neck.

The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable (Room 514) and the water pressure in the shower was incredible.
