Pros +
- Location and great food. Rooms seemed trendy and up to date
- The attempts at giving the hotel some of its previous charm
- Loved it until the toilet broke late at night, requiring us to love to another room. No credit for the inconvenience was offered.
Cons -
- The designers feel short of their task. They added a few nice aspects such as the accent wall but no modern convenieces and a very plain lobby
- Broken toilet!
- The room was small and there was a lot of homeless folks hanging around the neighborhood.

Front desk was great
