Pros +
- The lodge and lake were beautiful! The restaurant had great food and staff!
- The location
- The location¿s setting is stunning. Truly feel like you¿re immersed in the wilderness but a short drive to town. Lake is walkable, paths nearby but the best part was multiple animal encounters. Fire near office was super welcoming.
Cons -
- The rooms were very noisy! You could hear the bathroom water flush from upstairs! The couch was very uncomfortable and the TV picture was blurry!
- Dining room not opened for much of our stay. No warning about this (unless you look deep into the menu where hours were indicated). Banner on home page said "now open". A feature that was a major consideration in our plans. Gym also permanently closed.
- Pretty pricey for quality much less in shoulder season. Room & bathroom are rustic/okay. Fireplace did not work and kept hearing noises like birds or bats fluttering around in vents during the night so didn¿t sleep well.

The view, can see the mountains from the room. Location, was able to go snowshoeing right from the room
