- Clean and excellent staff
- View of the falls was outstanding. Free upgrade to a higher floor upon check in. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Casino and attractions less then 5 min walk away.
- The view
Cons -
- We could see the falls but not the fireworks from our hotel room. Also we could not be guaranteed a higher floor, we got 17 out of 42 but it could have been better.
- Expensive valet parking ($100 CAD / night) or Self Park option ($50/CAD / night) was off-site and required a shuttle to and from. Pillows were terrible
- I feel like this hotel is a scam. We booked a fall view suite and when we checked in they told us we only had a partial view and upsold us a full view room. The parking was $70 per day. We ended up with an additional bill over $1000 upon check out.

The view
