Logis Hotel Restaurant Family & Spa

Pros +

• The best of Logis family was the staff. They were cheerful, polite and helpful. The location was good
• A basic budget hotel but good value for money. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, not much English spoken, that wasn't a problem for us. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights during our stay. The food was delicious, well served and well presented. Overall a very pleasant stay

Cons -

• The room was cold. I slept in my clothes. At one stage the lift was broken. It was repaired within a few hours but as someone who was handicapped this was a major difficult. The stairwells were very poorly lit The pool and garden were across the road so didnt invite The lounge was on the 5th floor which wasnt accessible by lift and the outdoor eating space was up steps and inaccessible
• For us, the only downside was the car park. Although it is a private car park for hotel guests it is a good 10 mins walk away and we didn't feel it was very secure. Our ensuite bathroom was tiny, it was exceptionally clean but very difficult to access and use.
