Pros +

Wonderful friendly welcome and service from all the staff. Fantastic location in the centre of Lingen - a lovely small town where almost everyone seems to be as kind and amicable as the staff and guests in the Kolpinghaus. Food was excellent - at dinner and breakfast - and our room was very nice. Will certainly stay there again if we are passing that way.

Cons -

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay, but we could mention that the decor is a bit "retro". There's a kind of 1970s Berni Inn aesthetic going on :-), but everything is in good order and and the styling added a nice touch of nostalgia to our stay.
