Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

The food was great and the staff very friendly trying to make everyone have a good experience.

No beach. Had to go out the resort to have that. Would have been a better value for money if I went with a friend.

The location

How late the shows were. It was hard to sleep with the loud music

I left Tenerife early BECAUSE of what happened

The reason my score is so low is I would not advise this hotel to solo travellers.Room broken into staff didn’t give a hoot, and played the blame game. Not safe situations for a woman to be in.

Very central location. Great park in the hotel, very nice atmosphere. Big variety of food and nice to sit in the evenings outside in the park of the hotel and the grill having a dinner.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Food available and drinks when needed. The entertainment were friendly and enjoyable.

A lift would have been handy for suitcases.

Food could be a bit hotter

Everything in this hotel was excellent! The food was very good and delicious, and everything was fresh. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was also great. Overall, we were satisfied with everything in this hotel. I should also mention that the hotel staff were amazing and created a very positive atmosphere.

Very well situated next to the center. The place itself is huge you have several pool locations and cute passages in between trees and a mini zoo.

The food options are repetitive is you’re staying there for more than one day you’ll get bored. Also very fatty (fried nuggets etc…). Cocktails are quite sugary although diverse. Finding a parking spot IS UNBEARABLE. The entertainment and activities they offer in the all inclusive package are not attractive also not really clear.

Location was excellent. 5 mins from the main shops, sea and bars. Couldn’t be faulted. Drinks choice was good. Entertainment staff worked very hard. Lots of space about to wander around.

Food was tailored more towards European guests rather than British. Hotel is German owned and this was clear in the food choices.

Brilliant location, lovley comfortable room. The hotel restaurant can be really busy at peak times, but the staff work really hard to keep the tables clean. The pizza station is the most popular thing in the restraunt and the lovley man trying to keep up with demand is working so hard to keep everyone happy. For me travelling in my own I preferred the lunch service which is served by the pool and is alot less frantic and more chilled. I really enjoyed my stay and am planning my next visit.

Nothing I can think of

The location is perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. Very clean. Reception personnel were very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool area and the barbecue restaurant. Annoying is the people who put their towels around the pool area and then don’t come until 12 o clock

The coffee

Staff were fantastic. Food was good (have seen previous reviews saying food was cold but we didn't experience this), evening grill was the highlight. Great selection of drinks, and excellent pool area and facilities. All round recommended.

Having to pay for the room safe was a bit of a nuisance. For the sake of a handful of euros for the stay, wish it was just included.

Location is excellent, close to beaches. Room was ok, beds were ok. Looking at pictures on Booking.com we were staying in renovated room. Reception staff was quite slow but kind.

Unfortunately only all inclusive option was possible and it was the worst experience in Tenerife ever. Hotel is dated and seems short in staff. They provide unlimited alcohol- as result there are many drunk people and staff doesn’t monitor what happens in their territory as drunk people make noise even at 1 AM and no security takes care. Food is very low quality, breakfast was ok, lunch was more like heated leftovers. For dinner we went to BBQ. restaurant and it was not possible to have freshly cooked meat, everything was prepared before and almost cold. Glasses were so old and scratched that they seemed dirty, my glass was with lipstick from previous customer. During second dinner waiter was not present, we had to took ourselves forks, knives, glasses. Waiter appeared 30 minutes after we arrived. There is no opportunity to order quality wine even if you would be ready to pay, only option is very low quality table wine Vega Dorada - internet price 4 eur. We skipped half of our meals because they were tasteless and atmosphere was not pleasant. There was cockroach in WC next to reception. There were many broken decorations- vases and some garbage in gardens. Towels in room were extremely old. This is very overpriced place.

Loved the outdoor restaurant that was open from Wednesday to Sunday. The staff were brilliant too... So professional... All the facilities in the complex were brilliant... Gym.. Good enough and the pools... Amazing...

WiFi was non existent.... Took about 3 minutes to send a message... So I automatically paid the roaming charge for my tariff back home... Stupid little sherry glasses for wine at the bar... Ridiculous for an all inclusive hotel.... Don't understand this to be honest... Mind blowing... ?

I have to say that the whole place is beautiful, accessible, friendly, spotless. The breakfast, the food, everything was delicious and very varied. The evening shows/ entertainment was lovely and vibrant. I can’t complain about anything. David, the bartender was great, Ariana, Alex, Eline, Seline, and Francesca was so happy, alive, friendly. Overall, everything was spectacular! Well done .. we will definitely be back with the kids next time.
