- i booked a weekend trip for a family suite and when i went to check in the staff only could give me a business room. i paid over --- usd to stay in the suite and was greeted with a room worth half of that. they were unable to pay me the difference.

I liked the location
Elevator floor was filthy Room needs to be updated Breakfast was lousy, bread was old, bagels were old , they had better food and quality across the parking lot at Tim Hortons.
