- The cleaninness
- Accepting late check in, perfect for me! All I needed was a good night¿s sleep and shower in the morning before attending a funeral nearby. Location was perfect and room was very clean. Didn¿t go to the dining room, I had breakfast & coffee in my room.
- Staff was helpful and friendly. Very attentive

- The parking lot was full when I got there. My Jeep fit perfectly in the small stall by the entrance although furthest away from the main entrance.
- Hotel is under renovation. No room service. Very little choice for wat on location. Elevator and common areas under construction. Would not recommend staying there now.

Location was good but was hopping it was closing to whyte Ave so that¿s my mistake. Room was nice though and staff really accommodating.
Having to pay 10$ for a breakfast that was not even appetizing for a hotel meal. Should have gotten a refund for that but I didn¿t want to cause a commotion over some food.
