- exposed insulation where air conditioner is. The front door had big gaps and could easily be broken into. Very thin blankets and the TV was broken. When u call desk it says mailbox full. OK for adult couple but def wouldn't bring kids. Don't feel safe
- Took us 20 mins to find someone to checkin, entrance door was almost impossible to open, bathroom door was stuck on floor & every time we tried to move chunks of pressboard came off of bottom, several clothing item left in closet, musty smell

Location.
1. The room was not cleaned The floor was dirty. There was something like dried stuff on floor. My son said it looks like dried dog poop or dried donut 2. the bathroom door does not close and its broken 3. There was a pullout mattress and there dead bug
