- Was close to the place I came to Surrey for
- Jsecon d room we got was nice but we were afraid to touch anything because first one was so gross.
Cons -
- A lot. All towels was super dirty, yellow not white from the dirt and thrown on the washroom floor. Carpets were burnt from cigarettes although it is a non-smoking room.
- Wanted no smoking room but it stank of cigarettes. guy at desk says it is a no smoking room bur between 2 smoking rooms. in the mean time my wife & kidz found Barf dripped down side of bed. it was gross! threatening to leave they found us a new room
- They insisted that I asked for a smoking room (which I didn't) and refused to switch me rooms even after informing me that they still had available non smoking rooms. The bedroom was a mess it was very dirty and the door lock was not enough.

The wi-fi failed several times and was extremely slow.Our first room smelled of smoke, so we switched rooms.
