- Very good hotel But the pool was closed all the time But in general very good Breakfast was amazing

- Hotel Check-in was unacceptably late. Check-in was done late same night, this is poor customer service and will not book this hotel again!
- It was my third time at this hotel, it took very long for reception to handle the clients, i believe the hotel is understaffed, except for the building and furniture the hotel should not be considered as a luxury hotel.
