Pros +
- First, the staff on our arrivai at the hôtel. Second, the location of the hôtel.
- It was not too far from the airport and there was a shuttle provided.
- Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons -
- It was quite run down. The doors slam shut and are very loud, so when neighbors came and went it disturbed out sleep.
- Location was congested by temporary construction.
- Spa was more of a room temp pool with bubbles and seating. Only 4 rooms access in 1 hr blocks. Must sign up each day for a spot. Gym is small but has view of spa. Both still enjoyable. We visited both nights.

Staff were professional, welcoming, fluent in both official languages. There is a very good free coffee bar in the lobby, unlimited access. Rooms well stocked, stylish and very comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. Great temps/pressure.
