Historic Havan.
Can't speak highly enough. I poked my head in once fo visit a friend and knew I had to come back. Will not disappoint!! The staff are some of the loveliest, most down-to-Earth, helpful people I've ever met. Will go out of their way (and beyond) to meet preferences or needs. The place is gorgeous, rooms tidy, spacious, warm, bright, hot water, all amenities, even has a cute tea station! Food was delicious and abundant, the servings are generous and flavors are thoughtful. The view from the rooftop at sunset is something to savour. The rooftop view of the square is a real treat and the location in general is convenient. 10/10
Nothing disappointed.

Superb
Both the the breakfast and the location were excellent. Close to Durbar Square and in the quieter part of town. Hotel staff were very aware and made my stay an extremely enjoyable experience.

Very good
Nicely decorated rooms and amazing view.
They charge extra for paying with card and restaurant was overpriced. A friend had stayed there 1 year before, and prices were now more than double. Better eat somewhere else in the city. Also the building to have double windows so they are better isolated.

Not a happy one.
great location
we were bumped to an adjacent hotel even though we had confirmed reservations. That hotel was noisy throughout the night and the rooms were exceptionally small.

Fine stay
I selected the hotel on location, which is very nearby the Durbar Square, shops, restaurants and Nabil ATM (1 minute walk) as well as the connecting road to go Kathmandu or Nagarkot (+/- 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk) I also loved the view from room, the rooftop had amazing view over all of bhaktapur and I liked traditional style of the hotel.
The room was not as good as expected (or as shown in [Link Redacted]) we got a twin room and the room was quite small (about 20 m2) with a fan, small tv and small bathroom and tea/coffee maker. Bathroom felt like 2.8 m2. Beware that you need electricity travel adapter in most of the guesthouses in Bhaktapur, especially if you’re looking to charge more than one device.

Poor
It's overpriced, wifi and tv was not working. The room was extremely hot, it doesn't have neither a fan nor ac so I couldn't sleep the whole night.

The view from my room was amazing, really just less than 1 minute walk from the Durbar Square in Bhaktapur. Better is not possible!
