The only person that was a good helper was from the house keeping.
The manager personally greeted us and upgraded our room for no charge with pool view. Pool was very nice and 5 restaurants to choose from. Good value! Put a good word for the hotel management that we liked it. Shuttle service to airport was a big Plus!
Stayed here for a total of 6 hours just to sleep and shower the night before an early flight. Shuttle is a god send and reliable! Less than 1 km from the airport. Would recommend if this is your goal. Friendly staff and clean room. Pool looked awesome

The balcony because of the view of the miderterranian sea, but to be honest I could have gotten that at another hotel for a much cheaper price.

Nothing! Even the view from the balcony, was spoiled by the street noise from the balcony,as the balcony doors barely latched to close. The hotel was old and very poorly maintained. Very overpiced!! Did NOT deserve 1/4 rth of what we paid!

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view wonderfully and the staff were so pleasant and nice also the breakfast was so good.

The best part about this hotel was the room/suite, which was modern, large, and comfortable for a one week stay. For long stays, I would recommend a sea view suite for maximum comfort. It was nice to actually have a washing machine in the suite.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room is simple but clean and functional. The location is great, right in front of Luxor Temple. The views of Luxor temple and Avenue of the Sphinxes from the rooftop are simply amazing.

Worst Hotel ever you feel like you are entering a military base. They charge every car entering even for drop off. The room was not as per our selection. When we asked to change it they gave us a room that is at the end of a very long corridor.
The location and the availability of 24-hr dining are great and very convenient. The pool also looked nice and big. The rooms were clean, appealing, and well-designed. It's a nice, albeit very Western (instead of Egyptian) hotel.
The room in the new section of the hotel was nice. We looked at the old section rooms and they do not meet a 4 star standard. Breakfast was good as well as the gym area.
