I come to the Atlantis to escape stressors of work life and float aimlessly for days on the amazing lazy/rapids river. But the staff from check in, to life guards, to room cleaning are all very welcoming and beyond courteous.

The location is nice, quiet as expected, very nice ocean view upgrade was worth it. The pool and jacuzzi were ok. Coffee at the bar was very good. Guest service staffer from Mexico was very friendly and helpful. Free bikes were nice.
