Pros +
- the vibes, attentive workers, interior design, feels luxurious without the pricetag
- I will always believe the extra fees for the room are terrible.
- The Renaissance is very close to the train station, feels generally fresh and clean and like the asthetics.
Cons -
- no spa/pool
- Would love to have room service from restaurant
- We came down for Pride and always forget it's an extra 15 min walk to get to the hotel from downtown and it can feel a bit removed. Our room felt like it needed a refresh—bathroom outlet was broken and the condition of the walls/doors were pretty beaten.

Loved that the location was walkable, close to restaurants and entertainment. The pictures online don't do the hotel justice, it was a beautiful - LOVED the room. Had an issue with a slow drain in the shower, maintenance came immediately to fix the issue. Room was spacious enough for all the guest. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Valet is the only option for hotel parking, otherwise, street or public garage parking.
