Location was great and price wasn’t bad for the stay. Room was decently clean

Spa wasn’t open at all. We were told roof top was open until 11, then we rushed back from dinner to grab a drink up there to be told they shut the elevators down at 10 to go up there. To me that means then we should be told “it closes at 10.”I had bought an extra day with my Hilton direct membership and requested an upgrade for the first night. The check in person pretended to give an upgrade but he gave us the exact same room that I was assigned when I could’ve done my check in through the app. I thought that was weird. Like just say no up front instead of playing on the computer pretending to upgrade us

The location was great.

I paid for a room with a view and spa tub in front of the window for my daughter’s 19th birthday. I paid way too much money for her to sit in the tub when she could’ve done that at home. When I spoke to someone at the front desk they said different views come with different perks although on your website it stated the room I got should’ve had the window with the spa tub. When I checked in I was told I had a 25 dollar voucher for food. I could use at either restaurant. I took my daughter to both. We sat at the rooftop was not able to use my credit. Ordered room service for state and lake told the girl who brought the food to my room. She said the credit will be used then the remaining balance would be charged to my card. Upon checkout I informed the lady at the front desk of that conversation. She then goes you can’t use the credit for room service even that was never stated by ANYONE. Couldn’t use it when we sat down at the rooftop. All around the experience was not a pleasant one and I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or colleagues

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff was excellent. Location was great.

Elevator call buttons did not seem to function properly (i.e. had to push both up and down to call the elevator) and it would have been nice to have ice machines on all floors.

It’s really knit picking but my only complaint was not having a pool.

The location was very convenient and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Riverwalk. The staff were extremely polite and very accommodating. The rooftop bar and restaurant was beautiful.

We took the train from Ohare for $6. 3 short block walk to the hotel. Excellent location to explore all of the city. The staff is top notch. Always greeting us- offered up umbrellas to use. Roof top bar was ok but expensive and crowded. People lined up for dance club everyday at 4 but it never bothered us. Great good and service at the hotel bar. $24 to Uber to Soldier field for a show

We've stayed at theWit Chicago multiple times. It's the perfect location if you're going to the a show at The Chicago Theater or anywhere in the Theater District. This hotel is a Hilton property and you can access your room with a digital key bypassing the front desk. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with drawers to put your clothes. One of my pet peeves is when I stay in a room and have no drawers to put my clothes in. The bed is very comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. They provide plenty of towels, too. There is no iron/ironing board in the room, but the steamer they provide is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and things to do. I would use Spot Hero to save money on parking as there's a garage 300 feet away. I highly recommend this Hilton property for its location and cleanliness.

Location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Really enjoyed the lounge at the top of the hotel overlooking the city.

All was good, just not a fan of sliding bathroom doors, no privacy.
