  • Good location downtown and nice room.
  • The staff was really nice
  • Great location for a good majority of Chicago activities.

Cons -

  • Clientele was interesting. We ended up having to show our room keys to even get into the hotel on Saturday night - it felt more like a club experience than a hotel. But not a major issue.
  • I expected more from the room. The bathroom was outdated.
  • The bed was not the best, but it was okay. I had better beds.

Good location downtown and nice room.

Nice amenities. Close to tourist attractions
Valet service was horrible. Did not help us get our luggage. Employees were rude. Check in service was terrible. For $86 a day for valet the service should have been way better than it was.
