Please note that children are not allowed in the spa facilities. However, they can use the outdoor pool during the summer season. Please note that breakfast is served as buffet or a la carte, depending on the number of guests. Premium Room and Family Room are located 820 ft away from the main building and the Spa Center. Kindly note that the property is not responsible for any personal items left behind after check-out. Guests are advised to thoroughly check their room and belongings before departure. Any items found by our housekeeping team will be stored for a limited period of 30 days. Return of items is possible upon request, and shipping costs must be covered by the guest. The hotel does not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items not reported immediately at the time of check-out. A damage deposit of RON 1000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
