Very friendly and courteous staff. One of two elevators didn’t work. The breakfast was great.

Couldn’t shut off the tv. In the morning the channel Chan had been mixed up wthe one in the bedroom and I couldn’t shut off the living room tv. The flight out was cancelled and we were stuck in a weather related DFW shutdown. I called Marriott on my card and the foreign phone operator I could barely understand. I had never stayed in such a Marriott. I had been traveling for hours from Bali Indonesia with terrible flight connections. I told you operator I had never before stayed at the named Marriott and it was an emergency to get a room. I took what I could get. The cleanliness overall was not up to Marriott standards. The shuttle blew by the pickup spot, never stopped and did loop back bit caused by an additional 25 minute wait due to the blow-by.

Great staff helped when the wifi didn’t work. Room was large and comfortable.

The wifi didn’t work in my first room so had to move. The staff were very helpful facilitating this.

Easy checkin process with friendly front desk staff. Room was large and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

It appeared clean but a little worn in spots. Only stayed overnight so we didn’t explore the property

The ambiance was great, it was beautiful, and everyone was so kind. Not to mention the rooms were wonderful. It felt like a studio apartment, not a hotel!This is the best price for quality hotel I have ever been in.

The Breakfast was great! The location was perfect. In the area with lots of restaurants easy access to the Freeway. The rooms were very clean, and the Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would love to stay here again if doing business in the area. I liked everything about this Hotel they had exceptional service, and the Facility was well kept and very Clean Great Design.

Staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices both hot and cold options. Room was very clean.

Upholstered furniture in the room was stained and well used - could use a cleaning or replacement. The pool area was unattended and very run down. Pool water was in need of filtering. Disappointing as we’d hope to enjoy this feature with temps over 90° each day while visiting.
