- Booked room with jacuzzi paid extra, arrived was told no jacuzzi rooms.
- The shower head is horrible.
- No coffee machine in the room, toilet vent was not working, only one bin in the room, no breakfast, coffee and tea in the reception for very limited hours, the elliptical in the gym was broken and noisy, no bar at the hotel, check out is super early and check in is super late, took 30 minutes to get our car from the parking. Very bad value for money.
