The Hotel was in a great location, close to Petco Park, restaurants, and nightclubs. The Hotel was also great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great, very cozy. All around a great stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we were in a room looking inward, it was awkward and we were unable to open windows. We did not want people being able to see in like we could see into other rooms. Walls were very thin and it felt as if we were sharing a room. The club was extremely loud at night!

Great location, easy room access

The room should be way cleaner than what was presented. Big visible liquid stains on couch, finger prints on windows. Doors were extremely dirty as well. A lot of hand prints and dirt marks all over room walls. The AC wasn’t working properly, unfortunately we sweat throughout the night. Also during our duration, there was an event that took place at the pool. My wife and I booked this hotel especially to utilise the pool amenities. The security did not let us in even though we were guests staying at the hotel.

The location is good.

The rooms are way below our expectation considering the price we paid. There was bad smell in the rooms and are old and small. I booked for one double bed room but one of the rooms given was a twin-beded room. Have to request a change after checked in.

Location is good but parking is inconvenient.

I was surprised that the facilities were not good for the price. In particular, the water pressure in the shower was weak and we could hear water constantly leaking from the shower all night. There seems to be no soundproofing.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The valet was quick and timely and the the staff that greeted us at check in were nice and informative.

The lack of room service was disappointing but I understand it was due to covid restrictions.

Noise level from street

Located centrally in Gaslamp it meant we could walk to some great places to eat as well as walk to Seaport Village. The hotel itself is lovely and staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Unfortunately with a very lively nightlife, the area was very noisy in the evenings and the pool area was small but used by adult groups and couples so not family friendly.
