Everybody was very nice. Front desk lady helped us to get all our rooms together on one floor. Breakfast staff was attentive and helping. Breakfast was nice with all the hot and cold items in American breakfast. Happy hour everyday with one complementary cocktail and small bites. Free parking. They serviced the rooms everyday.20 mins from museum district.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nice and very spacious. I love the split between rooms were its a separate area for the bedrooms and the living room. They had free breakfast. The breakfast was very good. They had an omlett station. You could get pancakes, french toast, potatoes, scrambled eggs. I could go on and on. I went every morning lol. Then in the evening they had a free happy hour!!! I didn't expect those things, but it was a great edition to the hotel. I definitely will be back. A great little gem!!!

I can't really say. I had a great experience!!! There is construction going on in the front of the hotel, but it's nothing you can do about that.

Bar right when walked in door. I was in town to visit family. They came over to see me and first thing my small granddaughter and my son, who is a recovering alcoholic saw was this fully visible bar right in the lobby area

Clean, no carpets in the bedroom which was great, well equipped gym, friendly staff and delicious breakfast!

The lift from the car park didn't work which is not ideal when carrying suitcases .I was charged more than what I was quoted on booking.com which I now have to deal with.

It is a spacious and new building. It is very clean and location is convenient. Breakfast is good. I love this hotel although I have some concerns for the manger. I will for sure come back.

The hotel management needs to do more work. First, the front desk lady does not let you feel welcome (maybe I am too sensitive, but I do feel that way). Second, I asked for more towels, after I had waited for half an hour, I had to ask again, then I had to wait another half an hour. Then I went downstairs to ask again, and finally, the housekeeping lady brought me the extra towels. I believe this is the management's fault. At last, the gym has NO WATER. I asked the front desk to fix it and they just handed me a bottle of water. That solves my problem, but that is not what you should do to take care of your guests. I used the gym for two days, and there was no WATER at all and other guests complained about it too. I still love your hotel, I just hope my suggestions can make your hotel more wonderful.

Great breakfast and lunch offerings. Staff are very helpful to people requiring extra assistance. Comfortable suites.

No shuttle to Airport. No free, local (5 mile) shuttle on weekends - misrepresented on the Hilton website. Tour operators do not service Hotel. Expensive trips for those without a vehicle.
